Body Conditioning Express

This is a FUN total body work out. Props included but not limited to: kettle bells, medicine balls, free weights, exercise balls, flex bands. Variations available for all levels. Props are ALWAYS optional. Emphasis is placed on form and alignment.

Body Conditioning with Emma

This class is a group fitness setting and led by a STOTT Pilates Certified Instructor. Designed to be time efficient, this workout is done in a 30 minute "Express" session and is appropriate for all levels


Emma has been teaching Pilates and Yoga since 2009. She is a fully trained Stott instructor; certified in Mat and Reformer. She completed her matwork at Pacific Northwest Pilates in Portland and reformer at Bodycenter in Seattle. She did her Yoga training through Yogafit. She fell in love with Pilates and Yoga after the birth of her first child because they were the only exercises that gave her back her waist line. She is a self-proclaimed anatomy geek who enjoys getting people to discover muscles they never knew they had. She started the self-help group Anatonomists Anonymous in 2014 for other people who suffer from the same obsession.
