Body Conditioning

Body Conditioning: Circuit Style. This is a FUN total-body work-out with each participant is at their own "station." Each station is around one minute and each participant will travel around the circuit a total of 3 times. Props include but not limited to: Kettle-bells, medicine balls, weighted bars, free weights, exercise balls, flex bands. Modifications available for ALL levels. Props are ALWAYS optional. Emphasis placed on form and alignment.

Body Conditioning with Mary is one of the fastest ways to reach your fitness goals! These circuit style classes are offered in a group setting and lead by a Personal Trainer. Designed to be time efficient, this workout is done in a 30 minute class session and appropriate for all levels of fitness.
