What is included in membership?
As a Member, you will enjoy unlimited workouts in our Strength Training Circuit as well as special rates for all classes and services including Massage, Reiki, Bowen, Reflexology, Private Pilates Sessions and Private Yoga Sessions.

If I become a Member, am I committed to a contract?
Absolutely not! As a non-profit agency, our goal is to support you in achieving your highest level of personal wellness without any hooks or "gimmicks." You may cancel your membership at anytime. To cancel, simply submit a written notice no less than 7 days prior to your auto-pay date.

How do I get started?
You can become a Member by signing up online or at the front desk although membership is not required to start taking classes or to access services such as massage. You do need to be a Member to begin working out in the Strength Training Circuit. Once you've joined, call or stop by to schedule an Orientation Session so that we can demonstrate how to use the equipment in the workout room. After you've had an orientation, you may workout anytime the Circuit Room is open.

How do I begin taking classes?
If you're ready to start taking classes, simply show-up 15 minutes before any drop-in class to complete brief paperwork and pay the class drop-in rate at the front desk. Membership is NOT required to begin attending classes. You may continue classes at Non Member rates or become a Member and enjoy discounts on all Drop-in Classes, Series, Workshops and Services.

What do I wear/bring to class?
Wear comfortable clothing that doesn't restrict your movement such as sweat pants and a t-shirt. We have a limited number of loaner supplies that you may use at no extra cost if needed (yoga mats, blankets, blocks, straps, etc.). For cardio classes, please bring clean athletic shoes.

I've never taken a fitness class. What do I need to know?
No experience is required! We maintain a welcoming environment for students of ALL levels. Our instructors and staff are here to help you on your wellness journey regardless of whether you are just getting started or not.

What are the benefits of Yoga?
There are many benefits of practicing Yoga including stress relief, better breathing, relief of pain, weight management, and increased strength and flexibility. For more information, check out Benefits of Yoga on the Yoga Alliance.

Are there age restrictions?
The Center is designed for women ages 12 and up. For participants who are under age 18, a parent or legal guardian will need to be present to sign paperwork.

What if I have physical limitations?
Be aware of your limitations and work closely with your doctor to understand what is appropriate for your situation. Our classes are designed to accommodate students of all levels, but it is YOUR responsibility to stay safe in class and take it at your own pace.

How do I book a massage or other service?
Call or stop by the front desk to schedule an appointment. If you are not a Member, you will be required to either pre-pay your appointment or guarantee it with a credit card.

What is the cancellation policy for service appointments?
When you schedule an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or re-schedule, please do so no less than 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. You may be subject to a $30 fee if you fail to give proper notice.

Where do I park?
We have a parking lot on the North end of our facility for your use. There is additional street parking available as well.

Do you have lockers and showers?
No, there are large changing stalls is the restrooms and places to put your belongings in the workout room and classrooms. Most of the classes offered during the day are of the gentle, non-sweaty variety. If needed, there are linen washcloths in the restrooms to wipe down.
