T'ai Chi Chih

T’ai Chi Chih is a slow series of meditative body movements done in a standing position. Not a martial art (non-violent), this class includes 19 movements and one pose. This gentle practice helps relieve stress and promotes deep relaxation, sense of well-being, vitality and creativity.

Patricia Strand
Patricia Strand is a certified T'ai Chi Chih instructor. She is also a Reiki Master in the Usui System of Natural Healing. She is certified to teach JRT (Japanese Reiki Techniques). She received certification for 1st and 2nd Degree in Jikiden Reiki taught by Tadao Yamaguchi from Japan. She holds certificates for Adult Learning Techniques and Psychic Development and has been doing energy work for over 25 years.
