Mara Critchett
Mara Critchett stepped back on the yoga mat for good, twelve years ago. She was introduced to yoga in the early 1970's when only few were practicing. Many years later, she began an earnest yoga practice. After 8 years of daily practice oftentimes twice a day, Mara was asked to become a teacher by Rama Joyti Vernon. It was time for Mara to give back all that she had and was constantly learning. Mara has been teaching for 3 years. Her focus is to have the student find their own inner teacher, to connect with the body and to trust the wisdom of the heart. Her hope is that each student will find their inner wish to be free, to be happy and to find peace in body and mind. She only asks the student to be patient and kind to themselves, so their body and mind will allow a natural change to happen in it's own time. Mara's hope is that each student will find their way to be young and alive at any age, through the practice of yoga.
Kori Lynn
Kori Lynn My Yoga journey began in 2010 while living in Sedona Arizona. After falling in love with the practice and mindfulness it brought to my life, I was inspired to share with others. In the fall of 2014, shortly after re-locating back home to the PNW where I was raised, I completed a 200-hr Registered Yoga Teacher training, led by Kara Keating of Movement Arts. Since then, my journey has allowed me to lead women, men and children of all ages in yoga class, women circles under the moon, young teen circles focused on self-confidence and discovering their truth, conscious gatherings, sound healings, and musical drum circles. Through teaching yoga and leading various events, my true passion for music was remembered, and creating beautiful healing music became a part of everyday, and every yoga practice I share. I love leading gentle, alignment-based yoga, bringing awareness to the way we feel in our bodies as we move and listen, harmonizing body, mind and soul.
Melissa Panisse
Melissa Panisse As my practice became part of my life, I can attest that Yoga has become central and the core to cultivate inner-peace, awareness, self-healing, and self-love. I aspire to share all the benefits this practice has to offer. My classes focus on connecting the breadth with mindful movements, compassion and honoring all my student's journey.
Erin Thode
Erin Thode, a RYT 200 certified yoga instructor, began her yoga adventure just over 10 years ago. She was surprised to find the holistic approach of yoga provided abundant rewards. From an athletic background, gaining strength outside of the weight room was exhilarating. She enjoyed learning to challenge herself while she was finding relaxation and restoration.
